If you wish for the watermark place to be changed, you can ask me free of charge.Credits to me should be given by linking my account in the specific platform you'll be reposting on, or by linking my carrd.Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own.Refunds cannot be given unless I'm the person to cancel your commission. You may ask reasons but I am not obligated to give any in depth clarification for privacy purposes.By requesting any NSFW art you are agreeing that you are 18 years old or older.

II. ✧⁺ Payment terms ⁺✧
I only accept money payment through PayPal or PIX ATM.Do not pay unless it's requested! I will remind you if payment is not made when requested and your art will not have any progress until properly payed.All terms are for safety measure for both me and the client.

III. ✧⁺ How I work! ⁺✧
Initial contact can be done through any social media, but I recommend discord, otherwise your message might not be seen right away.Commission discussion is also preferably taken via Discord.My Discord: Khlett#9307I intend to give the best treatment to all people, being that a client or not. I aim to be as nice and understanding as possible, always giving time to pay if truly needed (up to a week if first payment is not delivered, your commission will be archived until paid). If I believe to not be treated fairly by any person, I will not maintain communication. If you believe you have not been treated fair as well, you are free to discuss any wrongs I may have done, and we will resolve things immediately.I share progress with the sketch and flat colours, if you wish to have more progress shared to you please, do let me know! I can share progress in the sketch, lineart, flat colours, coloured line, plain shading (pre-finalising and application of last touches such as effects and background).I always ask if the colouring is right! If any markings or details are wrong, please do let me know once I send the flat colour shot! If anything is wrong in the lineart I can also change that free of charge
if the change is made before shading.If any mistake was made and it is not pointed out before shading, it may lead to extra charges later! Changing the lineart and the flat colouring is simple, but when it comes to shading it involves multiple rendered layers! We will discuss if a charge should be applied if that comes to happen but please, don't be afraid, I won't charge a new drawing over a little mistake! So don't worry about asking me to change something when needed!!If anything I do or say upsets you or make you uncomfortable, please do let me know!! I aim to give you the best experience I can, so please help me reach that goal!

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.
If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.If you do not want me to post your commission online,
clarify it before the commission is finalised.Conditions for RepostingThe client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.Credits to me should be given by linking my account in the specific platform you'll be reposting on, or by linking my carrd.You are not allowed to alter my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted and reported.Legal action may be taken if any rule is broken.
